TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I will be completing my 4th year teaching this year. I taught 2 years of a remedial math course, last year I taught 6th grade science, and this year I am teaching 7th grade science. That means that the only thing I have not taught that I am certified for is 8th grade science. My teaching experience in all of these areas allows me to apply my great knowledge of teaching strategies and pedagogy to many areas.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I tend to focus on small groups learning and hands on learning the most. The more time you can spend one-on-one with students, the more you can differentiate. Also, if you can grab students by the brain and engage them in a lesson, you can teach them almost anything.
