This is my sixth year as a teacher, spending a few years in kindergarten, first, and second grade! I love teaching primary kiddos!
I am all about the small group/center type of classroom! Both of my literacy and math blocks are flexible small groups. I use Daily 5 Reading in my classroom for my literacy block, which gives them 5 different opportunities for focused practice with reading, writing, and spelling. I use Daily 4 Math, which includes Math With a Teacher, Math With a Partner, Math with a Computer, and Math By Yourself.
