TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This September I start my sixth year teaching middle school language arts. Lucky me! Really! Teaching reading and writing is an absolute joy--what other job allows for creativity and humor each day?

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am all about student "buy in." If students find my class to be meaningful from the very beginning, it is that much easier to maintain their attention, respect, and enthusiasm throughout the school year.
