TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching English Language Arts in West Chester, Ohio for going on 8 years. I started out teaching 7th and 8th grade, made a 5 year stop in 6th grade, and now have decided to head back to 8th.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My classroom is student centered. My classroom includes a lot of student discussion around reading and writing, students taking responsibility and ownership of their learning, and project based learning opportunities.
