TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics as well as a Masters Degree in Education from The Ohio State University. I am a first year teacher for Columbus Public Schools.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I try to prepare lessons that engage students in the learning process where they feel that what they are learning is both worthwhile and challenging. As a high school teacher I aim to create hands on lessons that allow students to think about their thinking and consider the implications of their statements. My favorite activity is finding the heights of model rockets using trigonometry.
