TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I was a Texas public school teacher for 15 years. I taught 8th grade PAP ELA and on-level ELA, middle school gifted and talented ELA, PAP and on-level English I, and on-level English III. I now teach in a Texas charter school, and I have taught 6th and 7th grades here, and I currently teach 8th grade ELA and PAP English I.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love creativity in teaching. I enjoy giving kids choices that will prove that they know the material in a way that may be different than just a paper and pencil test.
