TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I will begin my 10th year in education in the Fall of 2016. I teach in a high school setting that also allows students the opportunity to secure an Associates of Arts degree from a state supported community college. I enjoy working with all of my students in honors level courses of U.S. History, Civics and World History.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I try to put the student in the driver's seat of their educational experience. I would like them to learn through an inquiry based educational environment. Through student questioning and investigation I believe my goals of student concept mastery will be met. Overall, I want to have fun and I want my students to have fun learning.
