TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an elementary teacher for 10 years. I have taught third and fourth for the majority of that time, but I also spent a year teaching fifth grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to use a lot of humor in my teaching, so I tell a lot of goofy stories and jokes. In math, I use a lot of math centers to have the students practice the skills while I am working with small groups.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received my B.S. in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College in 2003. I also received an M.Ed. in School Administration from Liberty University in 2008 and a M.A. in Church Planting from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 22012.

I am married to Tina, who stays home to take care of our four boys.
