I have 35 years experience teaching special education, predominantly at the primary level, in inclusive and resource settings. I have always had an affinity for curriculum development and designing assessments and instructional materials.

I earned a B.S. in Special Education from Clarion State College in Clarion, PA and an M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Virginia. I have completed subsequent courses in many areas including gifted education, reading, word study, and math.
