By Karina's Kaleidoscopic Corner My experience includes Pre-K, 1st grade through 4th grade, and summer camps for K-2. Prek: I taught in a dual language preschool in Wilmington, DE, and later a monolingual preschool classroom in Hoboken NJ. 1st grade: I taught in a summer program in Camden, NJ. 2nd grade: I currently am teaching in a dual language 2nd grade classroom in Newark, NJ. 3rd grade: I taught in 3rd grade classrooms in Trenton, NJ. 3rd/4th grade: I worked in a Special Education position servicing 3rd and 4th grade in Hoboken. NJ.

Bachelor's in ECE and Sociology from The College of NJ. I began graduate school in Teacher's College Columbia University. Currently working on an MA in Urban Education with a specialization in Bilingual/Bicultural Education at New Jersey City University.
Other: I served as an interventionist instructional coach for camp teacher counselors across the city of Wilmington.
