TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a graduate from The University of Alabama and I am in my third year of teaching! I am a sixth grade math teacher at a middle school in Blount County, AL. I love the upper elementary grades and love my job! Follow my tales at keepingupwithmisse.blogspot.com

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to think outside the box. If I can take a textbook idea and switch it up and put my own spin on it, I know I can better fit my own students in my classroom. I love seeing kids learn something new and exciting. Anything crafty, hands-on, experiments, or movement lessons are my favorite. Being creative and having fun also has its place!
