TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I did all my student placements and student teaching in Elementary School. I was a guest teacher for 3 years, where I did long term placements in 6th Math and Science, 8th Science and 7th Math. My first year of teaching was in an 8th Language Arts Classroom and lucky for me, I was switch to 8th grade math the next year.I just love Math. I have been teaching 8th Math and Algebra for the last 8 years.

My teaching style changes with my students. I use a bunch of different styles from normal lecture to more visible learning and hands on learning activities.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Bachelors degree in Biology and a minor in Mathematics. I have a Master's in Elementary Education and can teach Math, Science and Language Arts.

I also work on the yearbook and have a publications class, where we do the daily announcements. I worked a the Palace of Auburn Hills for 10 years were I was an Event Manager in the box office for concerts and games.
