TEACHING EXPERIENCE

3 years teaching second grade; 2 years teaching third grade; summer curriculum writer for school district in math, reading, and social studies

MY TEACHING STYLE

Third graders take a big leap from second grade, and they learn to become "the big kids." It is so important that students have opportunities to be creative, assess their own strengths and areas for improvement, and learn the importance of working together and loving one another. I hold students to high standards, and they never cease to surpass my expectations. I am so proud of them each and every year.
