TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching in Waterford, Michigan for 18 years and I love it more & more everyday! I have taught grades 3-8 but I am currently teaching 3rd grade. In elementary, 3-5, I taught all subjects and in middle school, 6-8, I taught math and English/language arts. I currently work in a school that is 90% poverty and 40% English language learners. It is a diverse population that utilizes all of my skills and keeps me learning new ones!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I use whole Brain Teaching strategies as well as many other research based instructional strategies.
