My passion has been all about education for as long as I can remember. I went to college for teaching and received a degree in Elementary and Special Education. Since graduating, I have taught a range of grades, but have yet to land a forever home in teaching. Some of the grades I have taught include; Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First Grade, Special Education (ESY), and Second Grade.
I believe in creating an engaging and educational learning environment for students to be successful in. I like to keep my instruction hands-on and active while still making sure to meet each student's individual learning need.
Yet to be added
I graduated from Towson University in 2010 with my Bachelors in Elementary and Special Education.
As stated before, my passion is teaching. However, it is not my only passion. Recently, I have obtained a new amazing passion- being a mother! One of my main focuses as a teacher is to make sure each student is provided with the tools needed to be successful- differentiation is key! I stand behind this even more after the birth of my son, Anthony! Anthony was born with Down syndrome, and is the biggest inspiration to me. So, thanks to this amazing little boy, most of my lessons on TpT will be provided with tips and tools on how to use differentiation in your classroom too!
