TEACHING EXPERIENCE

With 30+ years teaching classroom Instrumental Music, Concert Band, Vocal, General Music, Piano Keyboard from grades 9 - 13, and private brass instruction at the university and conservatory level for students aged 8 to 73 for 16 years to date, I'm pleased to offer quality material to music educators for classroom or private application to benefit students and reduce teacher time in creating lessons, assignments, etc.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Creative, focused yet flexible, recognize/adapt to different learning styles, realistic. I start from where students are at, confirm their level and progress gradually from there. Quality communication and fairness is important with each student. All students are special, significant, and deserving of attention and assistance.
