For more than two decades Dr. Bill Morgan, with teaching experience in K-12 schools in California, Utah and Illinois, has been visiting classrooms in public, charter, private and parochial schools. With a Ph.D. in Education from Utah State University, he has been researching ways that teachers and students teach and learn with classroom computer technologies. Now teaching private music lessons. Also, founder of Computer Literacy for English Language Learners, NFP.
