ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am originally from New Jersey. My family relocated to Tucson, Arizona when I was in high school. From the time I was a teenager, I loved working with children. Upon graduating high school, I began the journey of a life time by pursuing a career in education. This journey has taken me through working at preschools, running my own home day care, substitute teaching, teaching in the public school arena both in the classroom and in an on-line classroom, and now embarking on running my own business offering tutoring services in reading and math for students that need an extra boost. My husband, five children, and I live in Tucson, Arizona. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to school our children at home during their lower elementary school years. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, hiking, reading, decorating cakes, and working on jigsaw puzzles.
