TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my sixth year of teaching and I have taught every grade from fifth through eighth grade. Currently, I am teaching seventh grade english language arts. I have experience teaching at the elementary and middle school level. I enjoy leading professional development for college students and staff members at my school. Additionally, I have worked with preK through fourth grade students through summer camp, and coached at the high school level.

I earned my bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in Elementary Education and completed my year long student teaching with placements at both the elementary and middle school level. My endorsements include reading, language arts, social sciences and middle school. I earned my master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Concordia University Chicago and completed my year long internship at the middle school level.
