I am a passionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten teacher in Utica Community Schools in Michigan. I have been teaching for over 13 years and I have the absolute best job in the world!! There is something so special and pure about being a Kindergarten teacher!!! I love working with my sweet KinderKids and love, Love, LOVE everything technology. I am always looking for fun and exciting things to use in my classroom and am so excited to share my ideas and interests with you all!
I love to use creative and engaging activities with my Kinders. I try to incorporate technology as much as possible and I am ALWAYS looking for ways to improve upon what I am working on. I am very laid back, flexible, nurturing and enthusiastic in my life and in my teaching. My favorite thing about my job is being the first teacher in my students’ lives. I will always remember my Kindergarten teacher and I hope my kiddos remember me as well!!
I love to be involved in things my school, my district and my students are interested in. I have been the Science Fair Coordinator for several years now and I have also and written and received a few grants for the classroom. I love using technology in the classroom and am an eSpark Certified Educator! If you love technology and iPads, you will love this program!!!
