I have taught Kindergarten for over 5 years and I have also had the wonderful experience of being a Kindergarten Instructional Assistant. I graduated from Old Dominion University and received my Masters degree in Education from Grand Canyon University. In addition, I have presented at Kindergarten conferences to continue to share my experiences and activities with other teachers.
My teaching style is a LEARNING recipe that includes the following ingredients: A dash of FUN, a sprinkle of HANDS on ACTIVITIES, INTERACTIVE GAMES, and a dap of RIGOR!

I have LOVED school every since I was a young girl. I still remember the teachers throughout my educational journey that encouraged me with positive words and thought outside the box!
