I've taught high school for 16 years at an innovative charter school in Colorado. I've also taught middle school for 5 years and I taught literature at CU Boulder for 5 years. Additionally, I've taught fully online college classes for SUNY Empire State. In the business world, I've been the director of marketing, the director of a writing center, and an editorial assistant for literary magazine. I've also dressed up as Ms. Frizzle and read Magic Schoolhouse books while working at a beach bookstore.
Wildly creative and based in inquiry (while also addressing all standards and benchmarks, of course.)
