TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching kindergarten for the past 11 years, and loving every minute of it!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that multiple styles of teaching should be integrated into every lesson. I am a big advocate of brain-based teaching and I think that movement and music in the classroom can make all the difference!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was given the honor of 2015 Teacher of the Year at my school!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a bachelor of science in elementary education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a masters in reading from Shenandoah University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm a mom, wife, and teacher who loves to get creative in the kitchen and crafty around the house in my spare time. I've decided to finally channel some of that creative energy into practical resources that I can share with others!
