TEACHING EXPERIENCE

18 years of teaching English / Language Arts grades 6-12! ...But 6th - 8th is the best! I serve super-busy middle school ELA teachers who choose personal family time over prepping for class! Learn more about how to get 100% done-for-you bell to bell lesson plans ALL YEAR LONG by visiting me over at www.languageartsteachers.com

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love a classroom that just about runs on auto-pilot. Routine and organization allow for the most creativity because once kids know the expectations and procedures, the fun can start! My class usually looks like this: some kids are seated working on something independently, others are standing up and moving around the room with clipboards to write on, and I can be found sitting with a small group of students in a mini-instructional setting. Lots of stuff going on, but totally organized and relaxed at the same time!
