Hands on, interactive, natural, immersion. Why "La Profesora Frida?" The name "Frida" has always been a favorite of mine. The roots of the name are Germanic and Norse, meaning "Peace." It's a name I used when it was popular in language classes & language camps to choose a pseudonym. Why "The Stress Free Spanish Teacher?" Because my main goal is to help make YOUR life easier by offering lessons that save you time!
