I have been an elementary school librarian since 2005. I was a first grade teacher for 9 years and taught grades 3, 4, & 5 before that, for a grand total of over 29 years of elementary teaching experience.
My goal: provide relevant, engaging, active learning experiences for students. Above all I hope to promote a love of reading and confidence in information seeking! I am passionate about creating opportunities for my students to connect with others outside of our school library.
