TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a teacher for 10 years. I have elementary and middle school background. My students always exceed expected growth. I have a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching and am also a National Board Certified Teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am open-minded and always willing to entertain and often attempt new strategies and ideas. I love to encourage my students to work autonomously as well as with one another. I feel very strongly that the worst thing we can do for our students is not let them struggle. While it is sometimes uncomfortable to watch, it is an important part of the learning process.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

National Board Certified (2010) PAEMST nominee (2010) High Student Growth (2006-2013) Kappa Delta Pi Golden Key Phi Kappa Phi Pi Kappa Lambda Presser Scholarship (2002)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
