TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been in education since 2007. My experience has been as a day to day substitute, and long-term substitute in grades 4, 5, and 7. In 2011, I was hired as a first grade teacher and I thoroughly love that I get to teach children to learn to read. Also, I am the director of a learning center that specializes in teaching children to read who have dyslexia. I've been in the field of dyslexia since 2007, and I hold certifications for initial level, advanced level, and trainer for Orton-Gillingham.
