TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a teaching assistant for an elementary school autism program, and a volunteer tutor for a 2nd grader. Additional experience: -elementary school math teaching assistant -elementary school reading group facilitator -kindergarten special education support -kindergarten tutor

MY TEACHING STYLE

Teaching only works when it appeals to the child. Most of my resources have been made for a specific child or class, or with a specific type of learner in mind. Learning should always be fun!

I graduated from university with a degree in social work. I decided I was more interested in education, specifically special ed. I'm currently working on a masters of disability studies, and I'll go for a teaching degree later.
