With the unexpected shift to distance learning in 2020, I embraced the challenge and expanded my expertise as a developer. It brings me immense joy to see children flourish under my guidance, and I am passionate about creating new and exciting opportunities for their growth and development. I firmly believe in play based, child-led, and emergent learning. Child-led and emergent learning is a teaching style that emphasizes allowing children to take the lead in their own learning. This approach recognizes that children learn best when they are actively engaged in their own learning and have opportunities to explore and discover on their own. In this style, the teacher acts as a facilitator, providing guidance and support as needed, but allowing the child's interests and curiosity to guide the learning process. This approach can help foster a love of learning and encourage children to become lifelong learners.
