TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught middle school (6,7,8) language arts and religion for four years. My student teaching included middle school (7-8) and high school (9-12) language arts and remedial reading.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a big proponent of interactive learning and student choice. My class structure revolves around literature circles, project-based learning, and use of the writing workshop structure. My lessons include an emphasis on use of technology and multiple forms of media.
