I taught third grade and was a Title I technology teacher for sevenyears before moving into an assistant principal position and then, a principal position. I have currently spent the last thirteen years those roles.
I believe that teachers need to have flexibility to use their creativity and own style in their classrooms. I try to allow that flexibility while also making sure that our lessons being taught within our school building are driven by our students.
