"The test of a good teacher is not how many questions she can ask her pupils that they will answer readily, but how many questions she inspires them to ask her which she finds it hard to answer." ~ Alice Wellington Rollins

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Limitless Creations is a collaboration between two co-teachers who have been striving to make mathematics both exciting and meaningful in the classroom. We are certified to teach general education, special education and gifted students from 5th grade to college level.

MY TEACHING STYLE

There is no greater feeling than when students learn foundational skills through exploration and discovery and have fun doing it! Many of our lessons are discovery based, with a great deal of scaffolding/tiering. Many of our classrooms include students with disabilities and students who have been accelerated 3 times past there age level (in the same room!) so we have learned how to be creative in order to meet each of their needs.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

ETS Recognition of Excellence Award for outstanding performance on the Praxis II Exam for Mathematics Content Knowledge Certificate of Academic Excellence awarded in honor of high academic achievement from the graduate school of SUNY College at Old Westbury

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Bachelors in Mathematics with a minor in Education and Computer programing.
