I am currently in my fourth year teaching at a school that is like home. My students keep me on my toes and I am constantly learning to ensure my students are fully benefiting from me.
I enjoy hands on learning to keep my students engaged. Anytime I can make learning fun that is what I do.

I attended Chipola College to obtain my Associates of Arts and graduated in 2012. Then I left my hometown to pursue a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In my training, I grew to understand the development of language and the importance of that development to a child’s education. I also studied American Sign Language for three semesters and learned a new understanding to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Culture. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 and returned to my hometown where I started teaching at Sneads Elementary School.
I'm just a small town girl, living the small town life. I grew up and went to school in the small town of Malone. Malone School is a small K-12 school with about 500 students total. It was a great place to grow up in. I am now married to my high school sweetheart, who attended my school's rival high school. We have enjoyed our almost first year of marriage and look forward to what the future holds for us!
