My students LOVE having classroom jobs! They feel like they are an even bigger part of the class and enjoy having responsibility in the classroom. I printed these out on card stock and laminated them. I hot glued them to ribbon in order to hang

This Daily Five Clip Chart is great to help students keep track of which center they need to be at each day. To use I printed on card stock before laminating. I then hot glued each card to ribbon with a bow at the top to hang in my classroom.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I student taught in second, third, and fifth grades in all subjects. I taught a departmentalized fifth grade classroom, but had experience in both Math/Science and ELA/SS. I also have three semesters of experience in special education, both a self contained multiple disability classroom and a resource room for learning and behavior disabilities.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love hands on learning! Student engagement is very important to me as I plan my lesson each week. My students are constantly up and moving through various activities. I love to take advantage of centers and small groups in my classroom as well. Incorporating each learning style through my lesson is something I strive to do as well.
