TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Lisa Heinrich is in her 14th year of teaching as a full-time music educator in the Cloverleaf Local Schools. She previously held teaching positions with the Lakewood City Schools, Lakewood Congregational Church, and the Austrian Ministry of Education.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Lisa Heinrich is in her 14th year of teaching and currently teaches K-5 general music. Lisa has a Master of Music degree from Cleveland State University, as well as Bachelor of Arts in German and Bachelor of Music in Education degrees from Bowling Green State University. She completed all 3 levels of Orff-Schulwerk and 2 courses in Music Learning Theory at Baldwin Wallace College, as well as a Dalcroze course through the American Eurythmics Society.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

She served on the board of the Greater Cleveland Flute Society for 10 years as newsletter editor and webmaster. Lisa is the competition winner of the 2000 Arden J. Yocky Scholarship from the Tuesday Musical Club of Akron and a recipient of a Fulbright teaching grant.
