TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After teaching 10 years of high school math and 5 years of 7th and 8th grade math, I have returned to the high school level! I am convinced doing education differently is the best plan for learners! :)

My husband and I have two beautiful daughters. Chuck works for Wal-Mart, and we attend Fellowship Bible Church. It was my honor to be a classroom teacher in the Bentonville School District for 14 years; however, I resigned my teaching position in 2013 to stay home and spoil my family during our California adventure. After loving every second of creating secondary math lessons during my temporary sabbatical, I returned to the middle school classroom in the Rogers School District in Fall 2015. And then a unique opportunity to teach at a PBL high school in our district opened and I jumped at the chance in August 2016!
