I have been teaching for over 28 years in a Title I School! Every year I am amazed by the dynamics of each class and how they teach me little lessons everyday! I LOVE writing teacher resources that are teacher friendly, easy to use, purposeful, engaging and fun for kids, and meet the demands and standards of the modern day classroom! I share them with other teachers, and then along came TPT, so here I am! I have a little blog where I share more ideas and pictures of my resources in action... Little Bird Kindergarten Blogspot (come on over!) I truly hope you enjoy using my resources! ❤ Pam Davidson
I believe in teaching to the "whole child". In other words - respecting their individual needs as a learner. I meet them where they're at developmentally, and go from there. Little learners all come with differing experiences and backgrounds. I want them to feel that in our classroom they can accomplish anything, and that mistakes help us learn! We praise effort over intelligence, and praise persistence and kindness! High expectations for growth are guided by standards, and rounded out by my knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice for young children.
