Latoya has over 8 years in elementary level education with a BA in Psychology from York University and a B.Ed in Post-Secondary Education from Memorial University in Newfoundland. She is especially concerned with literacy as it concerns both children and adults - with a special focus on game-based learning and technological tools. She experiments with this in her own one-on-one reading lessons and has seen significant success. There is indeed a growing wealth of educational resources out there but there can never be enough tools to facilitate success in learning. You also want to find things that resonate with you and will be applicable to your children or students. I hope that you'll find my resources useful.
