TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my fourth year as a classroom teacher and my second year teaching kindergarten. I am creating fun new activities for my students that I wanted to share on here. I grew up in a family of educators: my grandmother was a teacher, my mother-in-law is a kindergarten teacher, and my father-in-law is a superintendent. I have had a love for educating children my entire life.

I attended Swan Valley High School in Saginaw, MI and I received my Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

My amazing husband, Matt, and I have been together for 13 years and tied the knot this past August. We have a puppy named Frank that we love so much. Matt just began his Emergency Medicine residency in Detroit. We love to travel, spend time with our family, take Frank to the dog park, and hang out in the city we love, Detroit.
