TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my 11th year in education. My first year was as a paraprofessional teaching science labs. After that I was a Science Facilitator for three years before entering the classroom to teach 1st, 2nd, and 5th grades.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in students exploring and coming to an understanding of the content with my support as a facilitator. I am starting my first year in Whole Brain Teaching. I am so excited to start this journey with my class of 1st graders this year. It is a great way to keep students engaged and involved in their own learning.
