After 38 years of teaching, I retired only to return to school to receive a second Masters, this time in Art Therapy Counseling. Integrating the arts into life is imperative to living a full and more joyous life!
What can I say? I'm random, eclectic and can be very organized should the situation so demand.... I believe in integrating all five senses into learning and cannot fathom sitting in a chair for six hours a day responding to someone else's agenda. That's what made me a good middle school teacher - I am great at empathizing!
