2 years spent as a traveling p.e. teacher going between public and private schools in the bay area as part of a company called Rhythm and Moves where she taught grades K-8. 9 years spent teaching physical education, Olympic weightlifting, nutrition, anatomy, life skills, empowerment, self-esteem, and coaching women's varsity basketball at Livingston High School in Livingston, Ca. 3 years spent doing individual teaching and coaching of nutrition and self-care skills with adults, speaking and leading workshops on various topics related to health, nutrition, self-care, motherhood, movement, and physical education.

Luciana Naldi is a former collegiate athlete, high school educator and championship winning basketball coach. She spent the first 10 years of her career teaching physical education, nutrition, Olympic weightlifting and all things health, wellness and empowerment. After having her second set of twins, she quit her career to care for her children full time at home. Two years later, she started teaching and coaching women on implementing self-care skills related to nutrition, mindset and motherhood among other things. At the same time she began writing and speaking and has been published in the Huffington Post and spoken to various groups on establishing and cultivating a positive mindset, nutrition skills for both adults and kids, and how to use obstacles as opportunities for learning and growth. She was most recently featured in Dove's Real Beauty Campaign for sharing her journey to becoming a bald woman as a result of having alopecia.
