Loretta Jefferson-Lang has served in a teaching capacity for over 30 years. In her early years, she worked as a music teacher. Presently, she is a special education teacher who teaches Language Arts and Math in Aldine ISD.
I believe that teaching/learning should be fun, hands-on, and product oriented. Exploratory teaching/learning is my style of choice in that I model, guide, and direct students to think instead of thinking for them. This causes students to think deeper and connect learning to everyday experiences.
