I am an author, artist, and former District Instructional Coach for the Lancaster School District, serving as the Implementation Manager for READ 180 and System 44 (HMH adaptable technology programs for struggling readers) and iRead (HMH TK-2 reading foundations). I've also co-managed VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) grants, initiatives, and professional development. Additionally, I've designed and taught courses that integrate literacy, technology and the arts to engage students and accelerate learning. I've taught multiple subjects (grades 5th-6th), language arts/social students (grades 7th-8th), and READ 180/System 44 (grades 6th-8th).
Students flourish given opportunities for individual choice, personal voice, and artistic expression.
