This is my 22nd year of teaching middle school. During this time, I have taught French, Social Studies, History and a variety of electives classes. For the past year, I have been a Master Teacher, out of the classroom, observing, collaborating, and coaching teachers at my school site. I have also conducted professional development at my school site, in my district, as well as at the national level.
I like to create lessons that make my students think. I want them to be actively engaged in their learning through reading and analyzing text, lively discussions and hands-on activities.

I am lucky to live in a very beautiful part of the country. I love to spend time at beautiful Lake Tahoe. I also enjoy golfing, watching the Cardinals play baseball, and spending time with my family.
