TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my seventh year of teaching in the upper elementary / middle school age group. I have spent six of those years specifically teaching math from 5th to 8th grades to all levels of students and very diverse walks of life. This year I am excited to switch over to 6th grade science and social studies!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Learning has to be as fun as it is informative! Students in my room tend to be "noisy," but through the organized chaos I have had many wonderful and insightful experiences with my students. Making lifelong learners comes from the value students are able to place in how school relates to life, and I strive to do exactly that!
