TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 5 years: 2 years in Maryland and 3 years in Florida. I have a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership as well.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy using the Gradual Release Model in my classroom in all subject areas: I do, We do, You do. I also have incorporated Interactive Journals into Reading, Math and Science which are great resources and serve a wonderful purpose in our classroom.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Attended Wesley College in Delaware for one year before transferring to Salisbury University for the next three to finish out my education degree. I received my Bachelor's from Salisbury University in 2009. In 2011 I started my Master's Degree online with the University of Phoenix and graduated with my degree in June 2013.

I have a passion for elementary education and Math in the upper grades as I have taught both subjects. I also enjoy learning new teaching techniques and furthering my education.
