TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Currently, I'm a RSP teacher for San Mateo schools. I used to teach SDC language arts and math and co-taught language arts in San Jos for 3 years. I taught RSP at a high school in Hayward for one year. And I also taught at an all-special education school back in Xenia, OH for two years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to differentiate instruction for each individual student to prevent frustration. Many students see their peers produce quality work effortlessly and the student feel there is no point in trying. If the work is differentiated, but they are learning the same thing, the student is challenged at their level and engaged.
