I spend a lot of my time differentiating instruction for my students. I currently am teaching a self-contained classroom of students with ASD so it involves a lot of differentiating. I heard once that teaching a performing art where the teachers are on stage and the students are the audience that we must keep intrigued and interested. I find that I gear a lot of my instruction with that in mind.
